This agreement between You and Another Basket Case consists of the following terms:
Participation in advertising on this web site is subject to prior approval by "Another Basket Case". "Another basket Case" reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time at its sole discretion. By enrolling in this program, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age and your banner does not contain any explicit sexual or gambling content. "Another Basket Case" reserves the right to investigate, at its own discretion, any activity that may violate this Agreement. "Another Basket Case' may at any time, at its sole discretion, terminate all or part of this Agreement, or suspend or terminate the participation for any reason. This Agreement is based on a monthly advertising program which you will be able to renew at any time. The monthly payment for this advertising program is $ 50.00 (Monthly) and $5.00 set up fee (One time).
